Complicated

After work I walked along the bridge (the long escalator), guess what? I saw someone who looked familar to me, and I knew him. It's really suprising I didn't think I would see him there and he back here. I once sweared to myself I wouldn't ever let him exist in my life, ever! He looked all the same like what I used to know. He was with a short young girl with black shoulder-length hair. They were talking but not holding hands. He was holding a bottle of beer on his right hand, that's he! We were walking towards each other as in opposite direction. We had eyes-catching. He said a bit louder 'Hay!...... (I couldn't hear clearly what he said after)' But I pretended I didn't hear and continue to walk. Everything about him is just a history. It's fine that he didn't follow and the last call I remember he called me was last Christmas.
I supposed to buy mark six but when I got there, there was too crowded. People even lined up outside the entrance. It's just crazy. So I left as the time was tight, I had to see doctor. I have some red spots on my feet its cause of skin allergy. I hate this and it's inching. I have no idea why it happens! That's really annoying. So I didn't attend the last 2 swimming lesson. This is really killing me!! I can stand it no more. My collegue, Carol recommended me a doctor in Central, so I went to see him. There were so many patients lining there! But it didn't take long time. The doctor told me it's just cause of allergy due to some particular medicine (cream) that I used before. Actually I would like to ask him some more details about it, but he spoke too fast and didn't even give me chance to speak. He said I would recover soon after taking the medicine. Hopefully the red spots could go away soon!
A little bit hungry, I opened the fridge and took out the blueberry cheese cake I made yesterday night. I tried to clear up the table but then my mum just got crazy. She didn't like me to move her things. But if I didn't clear up all those stuffs, where could I place the cake? I started to divide it into 8 pieces. I know my mum likes cheese cake. But she just got mad and refused to eat it, ok fine! But then, she smashed it on the floor. I really couldn't stand her attitude anymore! No one tried to make her mad. I had no idea why she did this. Then she said she hate this and blah blah blah. Fine!!! I would never make it again!! Never! I was depressed and my brother was the only one who said he liked it. I ended up having no dinner and took medicne and slept!!

Blueberry Cheese Cake

Right after work, I went to meet Vin in Mongkok. We had the cake lesson there. This is my first time making a blueberry cheese cake. Out of my expectation, the result is pretty good. The whole preparing process wasn't long and it's not that difficult. But it took about 45 minutes to heat in oven. After it, we had to put it into the fridge for about 4 hours before it's done. So we had to bring it back home to do the final step. I have a picture of my cake, will show you later! hehe

Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl

I woke up at around 12noon and got a message from my friend to meet up in Causeway Bay. We were heading to watch a movie - Pirates of the Carribbean, The Curse of the Black Pearl. We were supposed to buy the tickets in advance but seemed this movie was pretty popular and most seats were reserved. Therefore, we tried to move to Cyberport as we knew it's not so crowded there. That was my first time to Cyberport. We took a minibus in Causeway Bay and it just took us about 20 minutes ride to get there. It was a nice place with nice looking building. But nothing much to see over there.. haha
We had a quick lunch there at food court. I and my freinds ordered a lunch set which had pasta, salad and a drink. It's pretty nice.
Pirates of the Caribbean is an enjoyable picture, harkening back to the time when Pirates ruled the seas and to a time when they were feared by all. Johnny Depp's character, Captain Jack Sparrow is a pirate and he's a funny one at that. He's caught up in an adventure where the Govenor's daughter, Elizabeth is kidnapped by the crew of the Black Pearl and together with Will Turner who's her freind since childhood. Jack join forces and set out to rescue her. The film is full of swashbuckling adventure, sword fighting, battle scenes, chases. Some times, the film goes from drama to comedy, but it works really well. But I think as always, industrial light and magic have done a superb job of the special effects. Johnny Depp plays the role of Jack with a great deal of enthusiasm and camp and Orlando Bloom is great as the blacksmith who is deeply in love with Elizabeth. Yeah, anyway, it's a good film.

Hip Hop Performance

It's 31 July, 2006. The weather was sunny and hot. I woke up at 8.30am and gave a call back to office to get a day leave. Then I started to prepare and pack up my stuffs, dress, shoes, dancing clothes etc...quite many stuffs I had to bring along. Then I hurried up and took a minibus to Mongkok and met Vin. We had to arrive the performance center at 2pm, time was pretty tight and we had no time to have lunch so we got tuna salad sandwiches and ate on minibus. The sandwiches were delicious. We just took a few minutes ride to arrive there. Most of our members arrived there early. We found a seat and waited for the rehersal time. We watched the others dancing performance, many of them danced so well. (we had hip hop, Jazz & pop dance) Some of them were pretty young. When it's our rehersal time, we got on stage, music was loud, I did't feel nevous maybe cos it's so dark. haha..people sceamed out loud "Eric!!~~~" We had 3 guys in our group they're liked professional dancers. (you know hip hop one they're just cool) The rehersal just last for few minutes then we moved to the preparation room.
We did some make up and chatted out there. I and other 3 girls were choosen to give awards on stage. Before that we needed to prepare the awards and gifts.
At 7.15pm, it's SHOW TIME! hahaha, firstly we had to give awards to some guests. After that, we quickly to change our clothes to hip hop dressing and prepared for our next dancing performance. We were running up and down the stairs back stage like crazy as we couldn't find the preparation room, it's disappeared?!?? haha then we saw some girls and they showed us a way to a big preparation room. Those people inside were senior dancers. Anyway, we quickly prepared and rushed back to back stage. We were number 12. Time was near and we gotta to went on stage.
Lights were off, everywhere was dark. Silent. I was standing in the middle at the back. Some girls were hiding behind the curtain waiting for the time to come out. Those 3 guys were standing in front of me in a line. Once the music played out loud (our song comes from S.H.E. - Super Model), all the lights up, our show time began. hahaha Chole said she was very nervous, but I think it's alright cos we didnt' even see the audiences in the darkness. When those 3 guys began, I could hear audiences screaming. I thought they had quite many fans there..haha...for the whole dance, I thought it's ok although I might not dance so well. But at the end, I was supposed to ran to the middle, but somehow Man Yan took my place by mistake and I tried to squeezed in the middle..hahaha All the audiences were clapping. I feeling was great! hehe
After giving the performance, we all got back to the seats and watching the others. The other groups performed so well. We got so many strong competitors. The guys in our group also took part in some other performance too. I especailly like the 'boxing dance' with the music of "Mission Impossible" They were all girls and it was cool, but the steps were just all repeat. The show last till around 10.30pm. At the very last minute, I heard the speaker said to give the last award which was ---- "The best performance group" and then I heard our group name!!! It was really suprising!! I didn't ever think it was us!! I think it's kinda unbelievable! haha As there were so many senior groups...anyway, it was such a great news and we were all so happy! Ricky and his girlfreind came and took photos for us. Ricky said to me that I danced pretty good. hehehe
We were so starving as we just had sandwiches for the whole day long. Vin's boyfreind came too and we rushed to Mongkok (as it's pretty late) to have noodles then back home. It was such an unforgetable day in my life!!
